Hunting Reports - Weekly Updates 11/21/05 The Colorado goose season has started for Waterfowl Haven and it started with lots of bangs. During the opening days 111 Canada geese, two of which were banded and 66 ducks hit the deck. That is impressive by anyone's standards. Temperatures have stabilized and the push of waterfowl into Colorado has slowed for the time being. Look for the guides at Waterfowl Haven to use their Championship calling skills to persuade the geese into their spreads and continue to post limits of birds. The guides have high expectations that this will be a banner year as more geese have been seen using the freshly harvested fields.
